COMPUTER CLASSES
Computer classes are available to individuals who desire to become computer competent and seek employment using a computer. Interested individuals meet with a counselor and complete a pre-test to evaluate their keyboarding skills. Individuals are placed in classes based on needs, interests, and current level of skill and comfort. Keyboarding, Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Micro enterprise classes are offered for those wishing to start their own business. Advanced classes are offered with sufficient client demand. Classes are taught by volunteers and meet weekly for 16 weeks.
